Cheesy Portbello Mushrooms 


  • 2 portobello mushrooms
  • 30g grated cheese
  • Seasonings of choice


  1. Place portobello mushrooms in an oven dish and top with a little oil, and grated cheese.
  2. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  3. Season to taste with sea salt, black pepper or cayennechilli pepper. Serve with a side salad or as part of a meal.
