These warming and cheesy mushroom are great as a quick and healthy meal!

Serves: 2          Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 portobello mushrooms
  • 30g grated cheese
  • Seasonings of choice

 

Method:

Place portobello mushrooms in an oven dish and top with a little oil, and grated cheese.

Cook for 5-10 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Season to taste with sea salt, black pepper or cayenne chilli pepper. Serve with a side salad or as part of a meal.
