1/2 tbsp olive oil

75g pancetta

200g spaghetti

2 eggs

100g parmesan

salt & pepper


  1. Cook pancetta in frying pan with olive oil until crisp and browned.
  2. Boil spaghetti for 10 minutes (or to desired texture)
  3. While spaghetti is boiling, beat together eggs, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drain spaghetti
  5. Combine spaghetti and egg-parmesan mixture, mixing until it is completely coated
  6. Add in pancetta
  7. Serve with parmesan on top
